This is Serap.Today l am going to share my special zucchini fritters which is very delicious.Before to learn to cook very good zucchini fritters l tried lots of recipes from cookbook and internet.But always something was missing unfortunately.By the time l created my special recipe and l use this one .lt is being very tasty.You can try even ıf you dont know to cook.It is very easy.Here's a quick and easy zucchini fritters recipe that's perfect for a side or snack.Turkish people eat with yoghurt mostly.
İngredients:
3 zucchinis
1 carrots
2 eggs
2 spring onions , finely chopped
100 gr parmesan/cheddar cheese,grated
1 teaspoon baking powder
half bunc of dill ,finely chopped
7 table spoon flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
Serve:4-6
Attention:
Not to ask for"Why my zucchini fritters soggy?"How do you make fritters less greasy?pay attention to do :)
-The flour should not be less than 7 spoons otherwise the zucchini fritters will spread.
-Squeeze the juice of grated zucchinis by hand.
-Do not put mixture into pan without the oil sizzling.
-Use very little oil and spread very well the oil inside of pan .
Preparation:
step 1
Grate zucchinis and carrot .Squeeze the juice with your hand of grated zucchinis(ıf we use with juice our mixture will be juicy and not good shape)
step 2
Whisk the eggs in a large bowl.Add into the bow the flour,choped green onions,grated cheese,baking powder,choped dill,black pepper ,salt and mix well
step 3
Add grated zucchinis and carrots in to mixture and stir again.
Step 4
Heat the oil in a large pan over medium high heat until the oil is shimmery and hot.
Test the oil by a little mixture we made into it.If the mixture sizzles,ıt's ready.
Working in batches,drop heaping tablespoons of mixture in to pan.
Cook turnining once,until browned,4-6 minutes on each side.
Transfer to a paper towel-line plate.
