Easy Arugula Salad
EASY ARUGULA SALADVery tasty and healthy arugula salad.It is very easy to make.You can eat it beside the meals or you can add cheese,tuna or grill chicken on it and eat it alone.
INGREDIENTS 1 bunch arugula leaves
4-5 cheery tomato
1 spring onion
1/4 lemon juice
2 tablespoon olive oil
salt
DIRECTIONS
-Wash the arugula leaves, tomato and spring onions-Chopp all vegetables into big pieces-Mix all vegetables into bowl and add lemon juice,olive oil and salt.TIPSSprinkle the salt just before eating.Otherwise You will loose fresh taste.
