Chocolate Chip Cookies Prep Time: 15 mins Cook Time:30 mins Serve:8 to 10 Ingredient 1 cup powdered sugar 250 gr butter,room temp 2 tablespoons wheat starch 1 egg 4 cups flour 10 gr baking powder 5 gr vanilla Directions -Take the butter out of fridge and wait for it soften. -Stir butter, sugar and egg in a large bowl. -Add starch, flour, baking powder and vanilla into the mixture. Make a soft dough. ! For getting a soft dough, add flour into mixture gradually - I used a coffee spoon to shape. You can use any deep spoon. If you have icecream spoon, that is good. -Put baking sheets on the tray. And line the cookies. -Heat the oven before cooking. Then bake 30 minutes untill light brown.
