Musrooms Omelette with Braised Meat

INGREDIENTS

800 gr mushrooms ( clean and chop )

2 capri peppers

8 fresh green peppers

200 gram braised meat

3 eggs

3 tablespoon olive oil

1/2 teaspoon ground red pepper

salt

DIRECTIONS

  • Capri peppers and fresh green peppers, finely diced.
  • Heat the pan with olive oil on a medium heat.And saute the capri peppers and green peppers together at the same time.
  • After peppers sauted well, add the mushrooms and stir all mixture well.
  • Your mushrooms will the water seep out. Cook it on a medium heat untill just simmer in their liquid. Approximately it takes 30 minutes of cooking mushrooms on a medium heat.
  • After all the water has evaporated, add the braised meat and stir. Leave it cook for about 15 minutes on medium heat.
  • Transfer the mixture to the ovenware and make wells for eggs then crack the eggs into each well and cook until the whites set, about 4 minutes in the oven. Sprinkle salt and ground red pepper.
