SPINACH OMELETTE

Serves  4 to 6

INGREDIENTS

1,5 kg baby spinach(clean the spinach and make it ready)

1 big size onions,chopped

2 gloves of garlic,finely diced

1 tablespoon tomato paste

4 tablespoon olie oil

1 chili pepper,finely diced

1 teaspoon ground red pepper

salt


DIRECTIONS

1 Chop the onions,chili pepper and garlic into thin slice.

2 Heat the olive oil in medium heat in a large skillet then saute the onions,chili pepper and garlic at the same time

3 Add one tablespoon of tomato paste and stir with all ingredients.

4 Then add the chopped spinach , sprinkle salt and stir again.

5 Close the lid of the pot .Leave it to cook 30-35 minutes in medium heat.

6 After spinach cooked , take it into a ovenware.Break the eggs on it then give to the oven.

Untill to cook eggs leave it in the oven in a couple of minutes.
