Katmer Recipe Prep Time: 20 minutes Cook Time:3-4 minutes Serve: 4-6 Igredients 1 packet of filo ( phyllo ) That is called 'Baklavalık Yufka' if you buy from the supermarket in Turkey. That is made by layering many sheets of filo. It has 16 sheets in it. The ıngredıents you see below is for to make 5 Katmer. If you want more to do, you can increase the measure. 3 cups of milk 3 tablespoons of semolina 4 tablespoons of sugar honey Directions 1 The preparation of puding: Cook milk, semolina, and sugar together in a pot. Cook until it becomes a pudding consistency. Leave it to cool after cooking. 2 Take 2 dough sheets and put on top of each other. Apply 2 spoons of puding on top. Then sprinkle 2 tablespoon of sugar on top of it. And sprinkle 2 tablesppon of crushed hazelnut on top. 3 Fold the dough on both sides. Then fold the end up and get shape of square. 4 Put 1 tablespoon of oil in pan. Heat the oil well. And cook both side of dough. 5 When cooked take your Katmer on a plate. Put some honey and sprinkle some powdered sugar on top. |
