Lemon Cheesecake Recipe Best I Have Eaten


I like cheesecake but I never did it because I thought it was hard.So I ate always in the cafe or coffeshop.But now I make my cake myself.Moreover, it is more delicious.First we will make cake base from biscuits.


Making cheesecake is quite difficult .There are a lot of things to be aware of when doing.The cake should not crack while cooking.

The trick is to keep the oven moist while baking the cake.So the cake cooks without cracking.I put cake mold in a tray with water.And cover with foil to prevent water from entering.Also

you have to whisk the ingredients at a low setting.


Today I will share a very delicious and very easy cheesecake recipe.

Lemon Cheesecake Recipe

Prep Time:10 min

Cook Time:50 min

Serve:6 to 8


Ingredients

For base;

150 gr biscuit

1/4 cup(60 gr)butter


For filling;

300 gr cream cheese

1/2 cup sugar

2 eggs

1 tablespoon juice of lemon

2 tablespoon flour

200 gr cream


For lemon Sauce;


1,5 cup water

1 juice of lemon

1 lemon zest

1/2 cup sugar

1 tablespoon wheat starch

1/2 teaspoon turmeric(in order to give color)


Directions


For making cake base;


Melt butter in a little pot.

Put biscuits in a food processor and crush.

Mix melt butter and crush biscuits.We will make cake base of our cake.

We use springform cake mold.Put crush biscuits after mixing with melt butter in a mold.Shape with spoon and make flat.


For making filling;


Put cream cheese in a bow.Whisk little bit with hand mixer.

Add crema ,sugar,lemon juice,flour and mix until well combined.

Add one by one egg to mixture and whisk.

Pour to mold before we prepared with cake base.


Cover with foil to prevent from water.

Put mold in a tray and pour water into the tray.You should not put too much water.Only deep side.

Bake 45 minutes not preheated oven 160 C(320 F).And rest 15 minutes before adding lemon sauce.


For making lemon sauce;


Put 1,5 cup of water in a pot.

Add lemon juice,lemon zest,sugar,wheet starch ,turmeric and stir little.

Put in a stove and cook until mixture boil.And boil 2-3 minutes in a low heat.

Let wait lemon sauce 5 minutes and pour on to cheesecake.


After cool the cake ,cover it .Lets wait our cheesecake one night in the fridge with mold.Following day we can take of from mold and transfer to serving plate.You can decorate with lemon slice.
