We are entering winter . I love and prefer to eat soups in winter season.
Do you know Tarhana soup? It is very healty and delicious soup.At the same time it is very practical.You can prepare in 30 minutes.
I would like to give my special Tarhana soup recipe today.
Turkish people prepare in summer and keep for all winter to cook.Rich in vitamins and minerals tarhana soup is a very nutritious soup optained by kneading wheat flour ,yogurt ,tomatoes ,peppers ,onions ,garlic ,and various spices and drying them.
Tarhana , obtained as a result of fermentation ,is a food that can be easily consumed by all age groups.
You can find easly Tarhana in every market in Turkey and cook.If you live in different country I think you can find from Turkish markets.

TARHANA SOUP
SERVE 4-6
COOK TIME 30 MİNUTES
INGREDIENTS
3 tablespoon dry Tarhana
1 lt water (not hot)
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1 teaspoon dry mint
2 tablespoon olive oil
DIRECTION
Put oil to pot .Add tomato paste and mint to oil and saute by stiring 2 minutes.
Add dry Tarhana and stir 2 minutes.
Add water to pot and stir the soup continuously until to see bubble.
After you see bubble ,boil more 5 minutes and ready to eat.
I decorated with dry red pepper.
Also I added 1 tablespoon noodle when boil.
