Şekerpare Dessert Recipe

lngredients:
1/2 cup of oil
1 egg
2 tablespoon powder sugar
2,5 tablespoon semolina
5 gr(1 package) baking powder
5 gr(1 package) vanilla
2 cups flour
For syrup;
2 cups suger
3 cups water
3-4 drops lemon juice
For top;
hazelnuts
Directions
-First prepare syrup.Put sugar and water in a pot.Boil 15 minutes.After 15 minutes add lemon juice and continue to boil more 2-3 minutes.Stop to cook.
-Put egg,sugar,oil and mix.Add flour,baking powder and vanilla.Make a soft dough.
-Grease the ovenware.Make small balls from dough and put in ovenware.Put 1 hazelnut onto each one as a last.
-Put in a 200 C(400 F) non preheated oven.Cook until become golden.Aproximately 30-35 minutes.
-After cooking get out of from oven.As soon as you get out of the oven pour syrup over.Cover to absorb the syrup.
