Vegetables Gratin Recipe

Serve : 4-6

lngredients:


2 zucchini 

2 onion

2 Carrot

2 Potato

2 eggplant

1/2 teaspoon ground red pepper

2 tablespoon olive oil

1/2 teaspoon salt

Bechamel Sauce

2 tablespoon flour

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

2 tablespoon olive oil

1,5 glasses of milk



Preparation:

Step 1

-Chop in a very small pieces all vegetables.

-Mix oil,dry red pepper,salt and vegetables.

-Put in a tray ovenware and spread .Aproximately 35 minutes lt will cook in 200 degrees in oven until the vegetable are soft.

-Time to time stir to cook evenly.


Step 2

Cook Bechamel Sauce

-Put oil and flour in a pot.Stir continues 5 minutes

in a low heat untill flour become little golden.

-Add milk and carry on to stir until it bubbling.

-Add black pepper, salt and mix.Stop cooking.

Attention:Do not stop stirring until it bubbling up.

Step 3

-Pour and spread bechamel sauce onto cooked vegetables and cook more 10 minutes.

If you would like ,you can put grated cheese after finishing all process and cook more 5 minutes to melt the cheese
