Chocolate Sauce Cake
You can easily make chocolate cake with this recipe. It is very soft and tasty. I made with ingredients that you can quickly find in a minute at home.
I whisk seperately yolk and white of eggs. If you make white peak , your cake will be softer. Dont't think that making white peak is difficult. It is very easy when you know trick of it.
What is the trick of making white peak?
-Sprinkle little salt before whisking whites of eggs.
-Use hand mixer or any mixer to whisk.
-Be carefull to seperate the yolks and whites . It should not be yolk in a white.
-Don't stop whisking untill you see the peak whites.
-Be quick to use the white peak. If you wait too much, white peak will lose its shape.
What are the tricks of making cake?
- -For test to cook ınsert a toothpick in the middle of bread.If it is cleaned when removed,the bread is ready to take out from the oven.If any batter sticks to the tootpick continue to bake untill it is completely cook.
- -You should not open the oven door for the first 20 minutes after you put your bread in the oven.
- -You should make sure that the ingredients you use are at room temperature.
- -Use dry ingredients by sieving

Chocolate Sauce Cake Prep Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 35 mins Serve : 6-8 Ingredients For cake: 2 eggs 2 cups flour 1 cup milk 1 cup sugar ½ cup oil 10 gr baking powder 5 gr vanilla 3 tablespoons cocoa powder For sauce: 2 tablespoons flour 2,5 cups of milk ½ cups of sugar 5 gr vanilla 2 tablespoons cocoa powder 20 gr dark chocolate Directions For cake: -Seperate yolks and whites of eggs in two bowls. -Spring little salt to the white of eggs and whisk with hand mixer for about 2-3 minutes until become white peaks. -Whisk yolks, sugar,oil,milk, vanilla,coca powder with hand mixer. -Add flour , baking powder by sieving to mixture and continue to mix untill to make smooth batter. -Add slowly white of eggs into mixture . And make smooth batter by spoon or spatula. -Grease round mold and pour mixture into it. -Put to not preheated 180 degrees oven and bake 30-35 minutes. -Check with teethpick. If batter does not stick to teetpick then your cake is ready to remove from oven. For sauce: -Put in a pot milk, flour, cocoa, sugar, vanilla,and then stir continuously for about 15 minutes until you get a consistency. -Stop cooking and leave to cool for 5 minutes. -Stir occasionally while it is cooling. -Add chocolate into it and stir. -You can pour on top of the cake and decorate as you like. You can store this cake in refrigerator for about 1 week. |
