Hommade Hummus Recipe
Prep Time:10 minutes
Cook Time:45 minutes
Serve:6 to 8
Ingredients
2 cups chickpeas,boiled
5 tablespoon tahini
4 cloves garlic
1/2 juice of lemon
3 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 cup water
1 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions
-Let chickpeas put in a water and wait overnight.
-The next morning boil the chickpeas in a pot with water and cook until become quite soft.It should be their skin falling off.I used instant pot and cooked 45 minutes.
-Drain the chickpeas and let them cool.
-Peel the skin of chickpeas with hand.It takes little time but it is point of making delicious hummus.
-Put in a food processor chickpeas after peeling and the other all ingrediens to in it and mix until the mixture thick and creamy.
