Piyaz Recipe Prep Time:5 minutes Cook Time :30-45 minutes Serve:4 to 6 Ingredients 2 cups dry white beans 2 onions,chopped A few leaves parsley,chopped 3 boiled eggs,chopped 1 juice of lemon 1 teaspoon ground red pepper 1 teaspoon ground black pepper 1 teaspoon dry ground mint 3 tablespoon olive oil 1 tablespoon vinegar salt Directions -Soak the beans in a bowl with water and let them wait overnight. -The next morning drain the beans and put in a pot ,cover with fresh water and cook until the beans has cooked. -Drain the cooked beans and let them cool. -Boil the eggs. -When cool the beans ,lets chop onions,parsley and boiled eggs. -Mix beans ,onions,parsley and eggs -Add lemon juice,oil,seasonings,vinegar and salt. Tips You can use instant pot to save the time. You can use canned beans ıf you dont have time. |
