Its very easy to bake and
so delicious.I did not use chocolate but ıf you want you can melt
and pour on it.This cake is very fluffy and soft.Some people dont
want to eat oil and sugar but they love the cake so If you want you
can reduce sugar and oil in a half when you make.It is also very
tasty this way.
I put it in the freezer after baking to store long
time. You can take it out at any time you want to eat.It is very
practical.

If you love this brownie recipe try one of these yummy treats next!Brownie Cake Recipe Prep Time:5 minutes Cook Time:30 minutes Serve 6 to 8 Ingredients 3 eggs 1 cup sugar 1 cup oil 1 cup milk 2 cups flour 3 tablespoon cocoa powder 2 tablespoon chocolate chips 5 mg vanilla 10 mg baking powder Directions -Seperate yolk and white side of eggs in a 2 bowls. -Sprink little salt and make white peak with hand mixer. -Whisk the yolks with sugar 1 minutes. -Add milk,oil,flour,vanilla,cocoa powder and baking powder and continue to mix with hand mixer.You shoul use dry ingredients by sieving. -Add white peak to the mixture and slowly stir with spatula untill well combined. -Put parchement paper in a tray and pour the batter to it.Use a spatula to smooth the top. -Sprinkle the chocolate chips to on it. -Bake 30 minutes in 180 degrees not preheated oven.Cool comletely before slicing. |
