Different style Tiramisu ; my favorite:)
Tiramisu Recipe
Prep Time: 15 mins
Cook Time: 25 mins
Serve : 6-8
Ingredients
For cake:
2 eggs
4 tablespoons flour
2 tablespoons starch
½ cup milk
½ cup sugar
10 gr baking powder
5 gr vanilla
For cream:
2 tablespoons flour
2 cups of milk
½ cups of sugar
5 gr vanilla
150 gr labne cheese
For syrup;
1 tablespoons filter coffee
1 cups of hot water
For decorate;
3 tablespoons cocoa powder
Directions
For cake:
-Whisk eggs, sugar untill become smooth.
-Add milk, vanilla and whisk.
-Add flour , baking powder by sieving to mixture and continue to mix untill to make smooth batter.
-Grease mold or spread baking paper into mold and pour mixture into it.
-Put to not preheated 180 degrees oven and bake 30-35 minutes.
-Check with teethpick. If batter does not stick to teetpick then your cake is ready to remove from oven.
For cream:
-Put in a pot milk, flour,sugar and then stir continuously for about 15 minutes until you get a consistency.
-Stop cooking and leave to cool for 5 minutes.
-Stir occasionally while it is cooling.
-Add cheese and vanilla into it and whisk .
Combining;
-Prepare the coffee and cool before wet the cake.
-Separate the cake two part.
-Put the first part of cake to mold again and wet with coffee.You sould not wet too much.Just 5-6 tablespoons coffee enough.
-Put the cream and spread.
-Put second part of cake .
-Wet with coffee again.
-Put the all cream and cover top of cake.
-Sieve cocoa powder to top of cake and cover.
-Put to refrigerator 3-4 hours before to serve.
You can store this cake in refrigerator for about 2-3 days.
